Get introduced to animal life cycles from birth through death. Using animals, Museum specimens and interactive stations, observe animals at different stages in their life cycle.

Objectives:

At the end of the program the student will be able to:

  • Define simple growth and metamorphosis
  • Name the stages of complete and incomplete metamorphosis
  • Name animals that go through a metamorphosis
  • Define simple growth
  • Recognize the larva and pupa stage of an insect
